Ben Stoodley, CPLA

Co-Founder & CEO

After receiving his degree in Civil Engineering, Ben moved to California in 2011 and has been involved with investment real estate ever since. Having the experience of working in residential construction as a kid and studying construction engineering tech, the private lending real estate world seemed to be a perfect fit. Now, Ben has been involved in hundreds of millions of dollars worth of investment real estate transactions.

Adam Odicho

Co-Founder & CTO

As a self-taught web developer and I.T. Specialist, at a young age, Adam has a natural understanding of today’s technology. With continued education and real-world experience in business operations, strategy development, and branding, Adam is able to use a multi-point approach to his projects. At BEST Lending Co, his focus is to create a strategic position using custom technology tools and data analytics to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.

Danielle Bartels

Account Manager

Danielle aims to ensure your experience with us is as seamless as possible. With years of Human Resources experience focused on customer service, Danielle will be sure to communicate regularly and work side by side to gather all information needed to accomplish your financing requests.

Sarah Hatton

Senior Account Executive

Sarah began her career in Property Management where she spent many years managing the company’s flagship properties. In 2021 she joined Best Lending Co where she now brings a wealth of expertise in structuring financial solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. With a keen focus on building and maintaining strong borrower relations, she is dedicated to driving business growth for her clients and Best Lending Co alike.

Ethan Gidcumb

Account Executive

As an aspiring real estate investor, Ethan found himself at a series of networking events that led to his start as an Account Executive with Best Lending Co. Having a background in sales and an affinity for creating meaningful relationships, he understands the importance of having somebody on your team that will take time to understand what’s most important to you in a real estate transaction, and take action that aligns with reaching your goals.
